Osceola Fundamental High School Practice Field

Thank you for supporting your Osceola Fundamental High School Theatre Arts Program! We know that this year has been tough for everyone and we are thrilled to be able to offer this unique, safe, socially distanced and masked outdoor performance. Because the health and safety of all of our students, faculty, parents, and patrons is of the utmost importance, we have coordinated with our OFHS Administration, county performing arts office, and our District Superintendent's office to establish the following health and safety plan for this show. Please read the information contained here in it's entirety before purchasing tickets.

Health And Safety Plan

  • In compliance with current county guidelines, masks must be worn by all persons at all times while on campus, both inside the buildings and on the practice field during the show.

  • Patrons will be kept socially distanced at increments of 6' on the field. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own blanket or beach chair to sit on as seating on the field is not available. We ask that any beach chairs brought be designed low to the ground for the courtesy of the patrons who may be sitting behind you to allow them to adequately see.

  • 8' x 8' squared off sections will be available for family units wishing to spread out a large blanket and sit closer together. These will be limited in number and will be first come/first served as families arrive. Please have your entire family together and ready to enter the field if you would like to request one of these sections from the ushers.

  • We will utilize the restrooms in the performing arts hallway. Please pay attention to the pre-show announcements for information on where they are located and how to get to them. Ushers will be stationed at the doors of the building to open and close doors to reduce contact traffic with the door handles.

  • The field will open at 6:30pm. Please pay attention to signing and instructions from our ushers as to how to line up outside the field and remain safely distanced.

  • There will be a 15 minute intermission between acts.

  • At the conclusion of the show, to avoid a congestion of crowds as patrons exit, we will be dismissing rows from front to back. Please pay attention to stage announcements and the instructions of our ushers to assure this is a safe process.

  • We will have a concessions stand available outside the field with water, sodas, snacks, and souvenirs. Please wait until you return to your designated seating location to consume food products and please return your mask to its proper location covering your mouth and nose when not actively eating or drinking.

  • On behalf of the entire cast and crew of our show and the families that await them at home, we thank you in advance for your adherence to this health and safety plan.

  • Please note: Any patrons failing to follow the aforementioned health and safety guidelines may be asked to leave the premises.
